What Is Our Circle of Success?

At Towers of Excellence, our Circle of Success represents a lifelong journey of mentorship, growth, and excellence. It’s a continuous pathway that begins when students first join as Towers Team Members or Student Champs and supports them through middle school, high school, college, and career—with the ultimate goal of every student returning to mentor the next generation.

The journey starts in our Middle School Program – Road to Success, where students learn to set goals, develop leadership skills, and build strong relationships with their peers and mentors.

Next, they advance into Pathways to Excellence: High School, where they receive academic guidance, social-emotional support, and real-world experiences that prepare them for life beyond graduation.

As they prepare for higher education, students become eligible for the Pathways to Success: Scholarship Program, which provides financial support and mentorship to help them pursue college or other postsecondary opportunities.

Through Pathways to Excellence: College and Career, students gain access to career exploration, networking, internships, and leadership development, helping them build capacity for meaningful, high-fit career paths.

The circle comes full circle when alumni return as mentors—empowering the next generation to rise, succeed, and give back to their communities.

Our Circle of Success is never broken. It is always expanding—welcoming new students, families, and mentors committed to excellence, community, and impact.
